Jumping jacks

So, jumping jacks are a very efficient cardio exercise. I find it very fun and very easy to do. You just have to stand with your feet together and your arms relaxed. Now you have to jump and part your legs approximately the width of your shoulders, and bring your arms above your head (your arms should not be totally straight because this would put too much pressure on your shoulders). Now you do it again. And again. Don’t forget to take deep breaths !
