How to enable blogger mobile version.  

• Log-in to your blogger account.
• Go to your blog dashboard.
• Now go to settings>Email & Mobile.
• Then under the mobile template select "Show mobile template on mobile devices"

How to change blogger mobile template or theme.  

• Log-in to your blogger account.
• Go to your blog dashboard.
• Now go to settings>Email & Mobile.
• Then under the mobile template tab select "Choose mobile template".
