Dennis van Schie moves to new role after spending more than 10 years at the company
Sony Mobile Communications has announced Dennis van Schie will be its new corporate vice president, head of sales and marketing, moving from his previous job responsible for product planing, development and management of the Xperia range.
After more than 10 years experience at the firm he has been appointed thanks to his “expertise in operations and product development,” according to president and CEO Kunimasa Suzuki.“Xperia smartphones are a vital element of Sony’s convergence strategy,” van Schie added. “Sony Mobile will continue to deliver outstanding hardware and iconic design, accompanied by a strong ecosystem of content and services, to offer unrivalled connected entertainment experience.”
